About Basin Sounders

Basin Sounders seeks to provide high quality soccer training and instruction for youth soccer players throughout the Columbia Basin.  Basin Sounders’ highest priority is to develop young people into champions in both life and on the pitch by bringing together coaches, parents, volunteers, and community leaders, all of whom will work together to create a thriving youth soccer atmosphere in the Columbia Basin.

Our History

Basin Sounders began as Endeavour Soccer Academy in 2011. Endeavour’s initial mission was to focus on development of female players, and it started a training academy offering training only (no games).  The program quickly grew, and competitive girl teams were formed.  In 2014, Endeavour added boys teams to its program.  Over the last ten years, Endeavour won three state championships, and many players of its players moved on to play for bigger clubs such as the Spokane Sounders.  Over time, Endeavour’s working relationship with Spokane Sounders grew, which allowed local players to pursue their soccer goals and dreams at a bigger club.  In 2021, Endeavour Soccer Academy and Spokane Sounders formalized their relationship, and Endeavour Soccer Academy became an official affiliate of the Spokane Sounders and became known as Basin Sounders.

Basin Sounders Partnership

While providing recreational and competitive playing opportunities in the Columbia Basin, Basin Sounders will work closely with its parent club, Spokane Sounders, to offer local coaches and local players access to curriculum and leagues that previously did not exist in the Columbia Basin.  Basin Sounders’ coaches will have access to professional curriculum and professional coaching instruction.  Local players will now have access to more resources as well, including the opportunity to pursue a pathway to their soccer dreams, whether it be participating on a high school team, a college team, or a professional team.
